ADHDmap does NOT provide medical diagnoses.
We are a self-awareness tool designed to help you better understand your cognitive and behavioral patterns, and facilitate conversations with mental health professionals.
Results do NOT replace a professional clinical evaluation. If you suspect you may have ADHD, autism or another condition, seek care from a qualified psychologist, psychiatrist or doctor.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ADHDmap (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
2.1. What is ADHDmap
ADHDmap is a digital platform that offers:
- Screening questionnaires: Validated tests (ASRS) and experimental ones (NeuroMap) to assess ADHD-related traits.
- Personalized results: Visualizations and profiles based on your responses.
- Self-knowledge: Educational information about neurodivergence.
2.2. What ADHDmap is NOT
- NOT a medical device: Not certified by regulatory agencies.
- Does NOT provide diagnoses: Only mental health professionals can diagnose clinical conditions.
- Does NOT replace therapy: We do not offer treatment or clinical advice.
3. Use of Service
3.1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- Minors under 18 require parental/guardian consent and supervision.
3.2. Account
- You need a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Limitations and Disclaimer of Warranties
4.1. Experimental Nature
IMPORTANT: The ADHDmap model (especially NeuroMap) is an unvalidated scientific innovation. Our metrics and scoring formulas have NOT been validated through peer-reviewed clinical studies.
4.2. Warranties Disclaimed
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING:
- Accuracy, reliability or validity of results.
- Suitability for medical diagnosis or treatment.
- Uninterrupted or error-free availability.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADHDMAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect damages: Data loss, lost profits, reputational damage.
- Incorrect results: Scoring errors, misinterpretations, false positives/negatives.
- Decisions based on results: Self-diagnosis, medication changes, work/educational decisions.
6. Termination
6.1. By You
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@adhdmap.com
6.2. By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the website.
